She only plays with certain toys whenever she wants to.
It makes it hard to play with her when she does not want to play with that specific toy.
Therefore, we go through every toy she owns to find the toy she likes the most.
Here is not a cut dog picture, but a cute dog video featuring Snowy’s favorite and colorful assortment of toys .
One thing Snowy especially enjoys is new toys as they give off the impression that they are new and therefore better in Snowy’s mind, putting new toys at the top of her toy list when it comes to playing.
However, she gets over new toys pretty quickly and sometimes she continues to play with them but often she just never touches them again after some time as they lose her interest.
That part is pretty annoying as Snowy is a dog with specific taste so to keep her happy, we have to find the toy she likes for the day in her pile of already purchased dog toys or buy more which is a dent in our wallets to pay for them when she already seems to have enough.
Another thing is Snowy has very sharp teeth so if we leave her with toys that have the squeaker inside, she chews the toy very harshly and breaks it so that it squeals no more and she chews the fabric up on the outside making no use of the toy and resulting in us having to throw away her toy because it is no longer capable of being played with.
But every once in a while, even if Snowy has enough toys, when we spot a toy that seems just right for Snowy at a good price, we go for it with the thought of a happy, playful dog for the day.
All in all, Snowy makes do with whatever toys she has at the moment and uses them to her advantage to always bring toys to our feet and drop them asking us to play with her.
We throw the toy over and over again so that she can go and fetch it and continuously repeat the process until she drops to the floor of exhaustion and sleeps until rested to restart that tireless process of playing with her.
Once in a while Snowy’s toys get stuck in places she cannot reach and when she realizes she can’t get to it, the whimpering sounds start.
The whimpers start off quietly to get our attention and if that doesn’t work, she starts to bark as loud as her little lungs will allow her to and she will continue until that toy is one again in her possession.
To conclude, some dogs are careless of toys and in our case, Snowy is not.
She is very playful and also very picky when it comes to her toys and which ones she plays with.
